Let's Get To Know Each Other

Nolan is a native Pennsylvanian, born and raised in the Philadelphia suburb of Gladwyne. As a formerly nationally-ranked equestrian, she spent much of her youth on the road, balancing the intensity of competition with a rigorous athletic schedule.

Upon graduating high school, Nolan transitioned from the arena to the classroom, immersing herself in the educational rigor of The University of Pennsylvania. However, her years in the saddle began to manifest as chronic joint strain, lower back and neck issues, and significant postural misalignments. At the same time, she began a silent battle with persistent gut issues and systemic health hurdles that left traditional doctors puzzled. Despite a battery of tests that returned "normal" results, Nolan knew something was not right.

This forced her to become her own most dedicated health advocate. She began a dual deep-dive: first into the mechanics of movement and second, into the world of functional wellness. She became obsessed with the intersection of nutrition and recovery, learning how "sneaky" inflammatory ingredients and environmental stressors could be fueling the very issues no one could diagnose.

Nolan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Penn with a dual degree in Political Science and Communications. While she began her career in the high-pressure world of politics, she eventually realized her true calling was helping others navigate the same complexities of health she had conquered herself.

Welcome to My House

Nolan turned her passion into her profession. She became a comprehensively certified instructor through Balanced Body, one of the industry's most prestigious certifications, and founded House of Pilates WPB.

Nolan’s philosophy is built on a "form-focused and tailored" foundation. Whether you are an elite athlete or a professional navigating the physical toll of a desk job, no two bodies—and no two sessions—are the same. She meticulously assesses structural limitations to curate movement patterns that build genuine, functional power.

The Full-Spectrum Approach

Nolan knows that transformation doesn’t stop when you step off the reformer. To support her clients' goals from the inside out, she has expanded House of Pilates to include Bespoke Wellness Consulting. Just as she corrects your form in the studio, Nolan offers that same detail-oriented eye to your lifestyle through:

Today, Nolan’s approach is truly holistic. Whether she is correcting a client’s alignment on the reformer or auditing a pantry for hidden toxins, her mission is the same: to provide the clarity, transparency, and functional tools her clients need to live a life free of pain and full of energy.
